UTG+1 is a SL-A-A, MP2 is a LPP, button is SL-P-A. Less than one hundred hand sample.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
1 fold, UTG+1 raises, 1 fold, MP2 calls, 1 fold, Button 3-bets, Hero calls, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls, MP2 calls.

 I just call in the sb to see if utg+1 likes his hand enough to cap it.

Flop: (13 SB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, MP2 checks, Button bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 3-bets, MP2 calls, Button caps, Hero...

what is a good play from here?

Cap PF - the whole hand plays different. If you can't cap, fold.

What is his hand range here? Do you have stats on Button?

Decide whether thier looseness/agggressiveness warrants going to a showdown with these two players. If it does, get there as cheaply as possible unless the board gets scary (running A-K or something like that). Else check/fold the turn because you believe a higher overpair is out (unless the turn is a queen or an eight, after which you can proceed cheaply).

on the flop, i felt I was behind, UTG+1 ones play looks a lot like 99 or TT. Button must have a high pocket pair. I was thinking maybe I am getting the right odds/implied odds to see the turn to maybe catch a J or a straight draw.

With a passive button 3-betting and me with worst position and not closing the action I could find the fold button preflop. If I had seen button raise or 3-bet some 88-TT hands prior than I would cap, but having to dodge overs and a very possible higher PP leaves us in not that great of shape.

On the turn I like the raise but I'm mucking to the passive button's cap

I'm getting 13.5:1 on the flop. If I give myself 3 outs. 2 jacks and 1 for a bd straight draw, then I would be getting the correct odds to see the turn. Right or wrong?

By my count you're getting 14-1 after the cap on the flop (assuming UTG+1 and MP2 call). I think you have to call and then dump unimproved on the turn? Not really getting the odds for a 2 out set and a very weak backdoor straight, but if you hit you should easily make up the 3 bbs.
