I'm leaving for my first year at college tomorrow and my mom baked a batch of brownies for me to share with dormmates. Is this lame or a good way to meet people?

I don't see how anyone would dislike someone that said "hello, my name is _______ eat some of these brownies." I would instantly like that person.

I remember leaving for college freshman year. It totally sucked and I was nervous as hell. I'm glad that I don't have to do that again.

I think I read this here but go buy a big thing of condoms and hand them out to girls in your dorm. If you can do that without being creepy, then you'll be the man and they'll all remember you. Just be like "hey I'm the dorm sexual awareness counselor (insert name). Sleep safe"

Yea thats an awesome way to do it, becase you see all those people face to face and when your walking around the dorms and stuff you can see those people and say whats up.

if your not a total tool its ingenius...

You can get a crap load of bulk condoms for super cheap...

amen, i made cupcakes last year ( my soph year) and we just moved into an apartment complex, and the girls on the floor below us ate some and still remember. And brownies are even better, just dont be too gay about it. If they stop by to say hey or whatever offer one.
