Yeah, you could fold, but that small stack ain't really much smaller than you. Also you aren't really in a great shape. A call here and then a push on any flop will be about pot-sized and hard for villian to call. Of course, if he misses it.

It's basically do this now or a) push whatever you have in two hand's time when the shortie is in the BB, b) call with a reasonable hand the next hand assuming he pushes UTG
