Very marginal with three to your suit and the gap up top.

Better is A875 with only two to your suit including the A.

Do having the top 2 of the str8 make that much difference with medium cards?

These kinds of hands are decent earners for me. It's pretty much flop or fold but I greatly prefer no graps with my suited ace-wraps.
