Longest non-puking streak: I believe I am Champion

I am 31 years old and I have not thrown up from anything at all since I was 7 years old on Christmas Eve.

That's more than 24 non-puking years and still counting.

Who has me beat?

I believe. I puked last month, but before that, I don't remember the last time I puked - it might've been something like 10 years. I'm only 25 now, so I clearly can't beat 24 years.

Oh I have believe me. The closest I ever came was several years ago (I was maybe 24) and I had just finished up a week of hell: The first week of the semester taking 5 classes, 25 hours of work and 40 hours of working at the school newspaper.

That Fri night a bud of mine and I went to this bar/club and I drank 6 shots and 4 screwdrivers in 45 minutes. It hit me like a ton of bricks all at once about 15 minutes later. I heaved then heaved again, but nothing. Ran to the bathroom, threw water on my face and I was fine. Well, not fine for sure but no pukin'.

You have me by about two years. I'm 38, and the last time I threw up was when I was 16. It was the first time I ever drank, and we played quarters and I had to drink 5 cups of beer. I didn't get drunk or hung over, but the gas made me feel sick all night, and I threw up on his pool patio in the morning. I was trying to run for the woods because he didn't want me to throw up inside - he didn't want his mom to hear it. I don't know exactly what day it was, but we went to Action Park (mostly water rides) that day, so it must have been summer.

i last puked when i was about 10 (food poisoning) and i'm 27. i have passed out from drinking but i've never been able to puke over it. the non-puking gene runs on my dad's side.

I think I've puked 5 times in the past year, all the result of drinking. I hate having such a weak stomach for alcohol, but before college and booze I probably had a streak of about 5-6 years where I didn't puke. I can't imagine lasting 24 years though.

I really don't remember the last time I puked, but definitely sometime within the past couple of years.

However, I have never thrown up from drinking, and yes I have drank plenty. My stomache can just take whatever I throw at it, alcohol-wise, for some reason. I did throw up the next morning once after chugging a whole can of coke (brilliant huh) but I don't count that one because it was just stupid and I wasn't drunk anymore. I'll tell you what, though - there have definitely been quite a few nights I wished I would throw up, and some mornings I wished I had...

*Edit* By the way I am 28 and have been drinking since 17 or so.

My streak ended after about 15 years. I threw up in college, then went on a mad run that ended about 4 years ago.

I'm 26 and I can't remember ever puking, though I'm sure I must have when I was little. You guys that throw up from drinking need to switch to quality alcohol so you pass out before you throw up.
