I'm pretty sure that was a timing issue, not judgment. My first (lame) gimmick acct. was banned as 'gimmick', subsequent ones were all listed as 'lame gimmick'.

I was banned once as a kid. Back in Sweden they have this program where older kids are crossing guards for crosswalks where younger kids walk. You get to wear this goofy looking orange cape and stop the kids from crossing until it's clear. Well, there was a man who jaywalked merely 50 feet from the crosswalk. Me being the punk that I was yelled some obscenities to the old guy, who came back and reported me to the school. As a result I was banned from being a crossing guard for the rest of the year.
