Short match....around 15 min. That's what happens when your opponent is good and gets good cards. I on the otherhand could not find the right mix of folding poop vs making moves with poop. I made a flush once and thought it was a pretty hot turn semibluff cr, but bubu already had a boat. He called my donks when I had nuthin, and folded to my donks when I wanted to 3bet. Coldworld.

NLSoldier should have the best idea of his whereabouts.

Colgin, serving as alternate for EdTost, defeated PokerBob in a very tough match.

Colgin's main strategy was to fold pre-flop when PokerBob had a big pocket pair and to otherwsie outflop PokerBob.

After getting PokerBob down to around 300 chips Poker Bob fought back to even as Colgin went into a weak tight shell. Ultimately though PokerBob was no match for Colgin's flopping ability today.

Good match, PokerBob.

I am mostly relieved that I did not let the team down.

Surfbullet defeats arkady in 15 minutes - my main weapon was consistently flopping middle pair or better, and having it hold up.

Arkady fought valiantly, and despite a 9-hi turn semibluff that won at showdown vs my 7-hi(good call me!) his lack of cards were no match for my ability to turn gotshots and flop 2 pair.

after 2+ hours, i lost to whoever tolbiny sent to play for him... guy wasnt replying when we were playing and i realized when we finished the match that tolbiny's AIM had been idle that whole time, and he didn't reply after that match either. very strange. (and frankly, based on the fact that he wasn't adjusting at all to the way i was playing, it's hard to believe it was a 2+2er i was playing against.)

anyways, i lost my match to someone.

But i fought back, bouncing between 400-800 chips for nearly 20 mins while i learned his style. i made a couple of surges, only to be brought back to earth after being counterfitted several times.
At last count a straight or boat hit the baord 7 times, and each time i was ahead on the turn. After re-re-retaking the lead things turned ugly again after stinky petethree bet 72o preflop and got there with a 7.... on the river.
Eventually though his luck ran out and he ended up all in drawing dead on the turn.

i only sucked out on you with 72o cuz you raised me on the turn with J2 high no draw and hit your deuce to win the hand just before that!

anyway, that hand was part of the reason i was suspicious... i was going to practically every showdown, why on earth did you raise there?

i was watchin some of the match and tolbiny seemed to adjust fine. you were goin many bets with trash and he was calling down. to me it seemed the his only lack of adjustment was stopping you from hitting 94s, 72o, 45o etc after going many bets pf. pretty standard although i am no hu expert

i didn't think chasing unpaired low cards to the river and capping open ended straight draws with hands like 67 was considered "standard" play against a guy whose raises mean he's going to showdown, but maybe i'm missing something here. anyway, i probably sound like a bitter donkey for mentioning that so i'll just shut up now. i'll admit i played really bad poker toward the end of the match.

This was, as Belloc put it, fugly. I pwned him in about 15 minutes. I luckboxed a couple 2-pair hands, but there were two gigantic bluffs. I followed through a strong line with Q2 against his QT and he folded for one bet on the river. In another hand, I 4-bet the turn with J2o (J-high) and he folded to the cap. Those were big pots and swung the momentum my way.

I also showed both bluffs to try and put him on tilt, and he started calling down with some marginal hands later on. End of story.
