It feels like everytime I slowplay at all people suck out and hit a better hand. When I hit hands like these I never get value out of them. Whats a good way to play these? Hand 2 should I bet the turn like 400, but then am I pot committed?

This is a bit difficult for me too, but none of those boards is really good enough to try to slowplay here, check-calling to the end.

I like slowing down on the turn a bit, giving your opponent a piece to knaw at to try to get a few extra bets.

But, OOP, it's just hard to get value. Still, don't go back to slowplaying, it's just awful. I think all these are fine.

slow down a bit on the second hands on the turn. remember, you want to bet just enough so that he doesn't fold, but also enough so that if he calls you with his draw, he's making a pretty large mistake. from what I can make out, this equates to a bet of something like T500 on the second hand (on the turn) and a bet of T900 on third hand (on the turn). about 2/3 to 3/4 of the pot.

BTW I'm not sure preflop on hand 2 is standard. I usually just push or fold in this spot, and your stack is too big for a push, so I fold
