View Full Version : 22s bubble hand--am I pushing it by pushing it?

I think I have an ABC understanding of push/fold bubble play, but I need to start adding letters to the alphabet. Is this an opportunity I'm missing out on?

Table Table 14952 (Real Money)
Seat 4 is the button
Level:6 Blinds(100/200)

Seat 3: CO ( $2615 )
Seat 4: HERO ( $2210 )
Seat 8: SB ( $2625 )
Seat 9: BB ( $550 )

Dealt to HERO [ 6h 6s ]

CO raises [550]

CO has been reasonable but doesn't seem creative--my read was that he's aimed his raise squarely for the shortie and doesn't really want other action. Push or fold? And how much does my hand matter here?

Also, shortie is quite tight and I think will be thrilled to fold behind a shove.

really easy fold here due to the cripple

This is normally right, but look at the size of the raise: t550, which likely means he wants to play with SS, but won't want to play with anyone else.

You can can come over the top here and possibly pick up a nice t850.

I don't have the guts to do it, but it looks to be a very nice spot to resteal.
