3 tables remain.Blinds 100/200.I have the shortist stack of $1500.I'am dealt AKo on the button. The #3 player raises it to $700.He has no outstanging characteristics.I'am 90% sure he has a high pair. The blinds go up every 20 minutes.
Everyone folds to me.My question is this. With my bad position in the tournament, shouldn't i go ahead and put it all in with a 45% chance of wining,i'am going to have to double up sometime in the near fuure?

I'd definitely pushin.
If you win, you also get the blinds (unless they comein), so you are getting 1.2 to 1 if he does have a pair.
There is also the possibility he has AQ or maybe even AJ.

You only have 7.5x the blinds, so you have to go for it.

Sounds like no antes, if there were, you are even getting better odds.

What was his stack size? Why do you say 90% sure he has a high pair? How high?

I would go all-in unless I am sure he has KK/AA.
