What's with all the donk bets. 3-bet or cap that drawy board flop.

This is fine. I would probably have just check-called the river unless I know that he is psycho enough to cap the turn with just a K or worse. The problem against a sane opponent is that he knows very well that you may have AK, and he is telling you he can beat that. If he is a civilized opponent then I think you'll see KJ or K8 here nearly every time.

Villian flips over T9d for the straight flush

I normally 3 bet this flop and lead turn but this guy is a real wackjob and I thought bet/3 betting the turn would extract the most. Maybe this is the wrong situation to pull this move with a draw heavy board on the flop?

Make him pay to draw out on you while at the same time extracting value while you can: 3 bet or cap that flop. With a flop like that, this is not an appropriate time to slowplay.

Reraise on the flop. Your turn play is fine. For the river, I think you run into trip kings or a flush with equal frequency that you run into a bigger boat. Thus, leading and calling a raise is about equal EV to check-calling the river.
