I'm looking for some more movies that have twist endings. I've seen all the obvious choices: Fight club, Usual Suspects, Snatch, etc etc. Looking for some that aren't maybe as famous but are still amazing in terms of that twist at the end that makes you realize, holy crap, what just happened.
By the way, one that many haven't seen which i think should be in this category is Basic- just an amazing twist at the end of that one

Off the top of my head, The Machinist was recent one that was pretty decent.

I've seen it, that was a pretty cool movie. Another one which is rather similar to this in terms of the whole short term memory loss writing things on paper concept is Memento, another great flick.

The "twist" here was that I was already in my car and 5 miles away from the theater by the time the movie ended.

These will be nowhere near as good if you are expecting a twist. Otherwise, they are great.
The best twist movies are those in which you never see a twist coming. Once you're looking for it, most of the fun is gone.

How could I have forgotten "Wild Things".
I usually can't watch a movie twice because I know how it ends. "Wild Things" on the other hand.......

It's probably too obvious, but "Million Dollar Baby" is twisty. So is "In the Bedroom."

Primer, there have been a couple of threads on it in the past. It was made for $7000 and won sundance, somewhat similar to Memento in presentation and very cerebral, maybe to much.

Basic with John Travolta. Very good and highly underrated.

I once saw a movie called Shattered. I liked it. From IMDB:

"The plot follows Dan Merrick (Tom Berenger) after a horrifying car accident. He suffers from amnesia, and must piece his life together post-accident. As he learns more and more about his past, his life spins out of control, leaving the most horrifying revelation for the end."
