You should check the licence agreement - it it most likely not transferable.

no, i emailed the sites web admin and he said that i can sell it as long as i uninstall it from my computer.

I will also sell it for less, if you have neteller. $25 bucks would be fine, but Im not going to lie to you Poker Tracker is better.
