Making the correct call with crappy cards

Say your ITM 100/200 150/300, stack sizes about even at 30/3 and lower. If you could put oponent extremely tight and you know his raise meant any A any broadway or PP 33+, what kind of raise could be called from these players(I know the idea range is looser).
Or would it be just stupid to call for the heck of it because your getting the odds?Anybody here do it?
Or would it be pretty much a push and fold match?
Anything else im missing?

I'm pretty loose defending the blinds ITM with equal stacks. I'm calling minraises with a lot of hands 3-handed, and playing any good draws or 2nd pair+ strong postflop most times. Playing the blinds is very important ITM, and pushing and FE lose value. So I find the concept of preserving FE to be less important than pot odds, and immediate FE. So I call, raise, and push a lot. I don't fold that much. Remember the gap drastically shrinks when ITM and even further HU.
