level 1 hand 2 in BB with AsAh, 2 limpers in LP, SB completes.

i make it 60, both LP players call

flop comes A72 rainbow. checked around.

turn comes Jh, making 2 hearts on the board. i bet about 120 into the 180 pot. one LP player calls.

river comes Kh. i check, he bets 250 into the ~430 chip pot. i call.

*edited to correct turn error

How could you only bet 20 on the turn? Though you have the best hand at this point, any heart could screw you. Make your opponents pay to try and draw out on you.

1.) In an $11 make this a lot more preflop. 100 or so would still get called.

2.) Failed C/R I suppose is fine (Easier to say when it's not in hindsight), hope you were going to raise big if someone bet.

3.) Bet at least the pot on the turn, maybe more, it's amazing what these people will pay for a draw.

4.) River seems fine, you got to a showdown, you didn't get all of your chips in behind and you gave the guy a chance to bluff.

Overall the pot was a little passive. Don't worry about trying to milk at the $11 level, just fire chips into pots when you have the best hands. You are only outplaying yourself if you get too tricky.
