Edit: okay maybe not easy, but definitely a b/f. These fish will call with so many worse hands, but bet so many fewer when checked to.

i would say check/fold to UTG, check/call MP.

C/C if UTG bets MP folds, MP bets
other C/F
if it were HU I would B/F.

But a fish is passive? what's the definition /images/graemlins/smile.gif
C/F is ok then I guess... tricky river, good it's not a regulary occuring hand.
