Hey King,

What are you looking for commentary on?

Hmmmm, I don't really understand what is going on - could you fix the action on the flop/turn/river?

Did you remove the word 'Texas' from the hand history before you tried to convert it?

Pretend I said "How do you like the minbet-reraise here?" at the end of the original post. I guess I should have been more specific. I was wondering what other 2+2ers would do on this flop with a set of fives. It seems that in general, minbets are frowned upon.

And yes, I did remember to knock out the "Texas" so the converter worked properly.

no, it didn't work...i think a push by villain is missed in here because the action shows you raising to 5, then calling.

Seems fine because you got villain to raise here. If he has a set of aces then so be it. I like it just fine. I'd have led out for more though...Bet $1 looks good, that way when he raises it's bigger.

(Not to be a nit or anything, but the action is still messed up on every street....)

As far as the minbet-reraise goes, whenever you hit a set on a coordinated board you must make a real bet or check with the intention of check-raising. The second option should only be done when you are pretty damn positive that someone will take a stab, hopefully the person to you left, and you also spell out exactly what you hold to any other thinking player.

So, I don't like the minbet at all. What if everyone just calls it and a heart falls on the turn, or a 4 or a 3? You will probably be done with the hand then, and that sucks. You can not let a draw in for cheap, that's how you lose big. Bet $1 at the very least and go from there. If you get reraised, push.

The villian's push is there now. Sorry guys, I thought if I remembered to knock out the "Texas" out of the hand history, everything else would be fine.

No problem.

On the flop there are only two hands that beat you, and one is unrealistic, so I would reraise to more than $5. I'd raise enough to cover SB because I think that donks have a harder time calling all-in than they do calling $1 less, if that makes sense. So, pop it up big here, try to get your money in, and don't feel bad when you lose to 34.

Once the action gets to SB's check-raise, I'd want to isolate him and put it all in. Maybe that is wrong, maybe that action (check/re-re-raise) from the SB in an unraised pot is strong enough to let go of. But considering stack sizes, I would run with it.

This looks good except for your flop bet. You need to bet this just like you would any other hand, if you bet small with big hands people will pick up on that. JMO
