Hand Converter

I would like to post a hand for critique, but haven't been able to figure out where the hand coverter is. Do I need to download some software or something? I tried searching this forum under hand converter and converter with no luck. Can someone provide a link to the technology-challenged?

I think there's a newer version running somewhere but I don't have that link handy.
