With the raise pf I figured that I had chips to gamble with and KQ could be a good semibluff hand.

The PFR is absolutely fine. I would bet just a bit less on the flop. Only one draw out there and that's the straight draw, no flush or anything. 2/3rds seems fine here. On the turn I think you're beat, so a good fold.
