Incorporate my Poker Playing

Would it be possible to incorporate my poker winnings? Pay those low low corporate taxes. How about locating offshore?

Anyone have experience with this.

I don't think it would do you any good. You probably have to distribute all your profits each year, so you would pay the same personal income taxes that you would pay anyway.

Couldn't I distribute in the form of dividends. I make a lot of money at my day job so my marginal income tax rate is pretty high.
