Hope you managed to turn your head away from the keyboard/monitor area before puking.

When I have Aces, I always put in the last raise PF, so if a mistake was made it was just calling his PF reraise. Villain had zero reason to think his hand wasn't good. Not that villain will fold his Kings even if he's 90% worried that you have Aces - Kings are tough to dump - but I always want to make it abundantly clear that I have Aces and that means raising every chance I can for as long as I believe I have the best hand. PF is the only time this is guaranteed (barring the rare AA vs. AA).

Isn't this exactly what you want? I make this play routinely in heads-up play. Big money-maker.

If you are sure you are up against AA-QQ, wouldn't it be better to just call? You've disguised your hand, and have a very good chance of stacking him if the flop is all rags. If the flop comes up K Q x you can toss it easily, but I think QQ would lay down to a serious 4-bet.

At these levels, I've seen villain four-bet with Jacks.

I agree that you can win a monster with a disguised AA. But every time I slow down with them I manage to lose and it's usually a big pot.

When I see AA ideally villain will come along for the ride and lose big but, failing that, I would rather win a small pot than lose a big one.

I like to installment plan here. If you already made it $40 on the flop, make it $40 here and $40 on the river.
