No reads on the opponents really, I think they were both 30+ something vpip though. Is it a good idea to play a non nut flush oop like this? If I do should I bet the flop rather can call? Did I make the fact that I had a flush way too obvious on the turn? Do I fold to that river raise? I hate running into this situation, especially deep stacked like this one. Maybe from now on I will play them only in position, at least that way I can attempt to control the pot.

I think you made one misstake: You should've lead the turn.

Going broke with the second nut flush on a not-paired not-four-of-a-suit board is just something you have to let happen. I wouldn't want to hear the word pot control if you had positon in this hand.

I see.... so I lead the turn for 20, he calls, I bet 40 river he all-in, do you still call? Or he could raise the turn, either way I guess I'm getting it in. So losing 140 bb in a limp pot with that board and action is ok? For some reason it seems wrong to me.... I do tend to be on the weak tight side though.

If I were against the Rockiest Rock In Rocktown, I would probably lead the turn, then check-call the river. Against anyone human, I'm doing everything I can to get all I've got in the middle. Sucks, dude.
