I've been very aggressive having reraised several pots, yet seem to keep taking them down.

My thoughts behind making the play below was that the shortstack(MP2) must have a marginal hand(Kx, Qx, JT, 22-77) otherwise he would have moved all-in and attempted to isolate MP1. I knew if I didn't have a monster behind me I would be able to isolate MP2 as everyone would most likely figure me for a big hand. I also figured this would enable me to get some dead chips into the pot and go heads up with the shortstack in a worst-case scenario of a coinflip. Thoughts, feelings, concerns? /images/graemlins/cool.gif

I like the play and your thoughts are right on.

Looks good, although I think you can accomplish the same thing with a raise to 800 and save yourself 200 just in case someone behind you does wake up with a big hand. It seems small but hey, its 200 saved.
