20k Gauranteed on PP
I have been playing a TAG game, but villan is a little loose.
Blinds 200/400

Hero (10k)(Button)
Villan(10k) (UTG+1)
Hero dealt (QhQc)

Villan limps, MP+1 Limps, MP+2 LImps, Hero raises 1600, SB folds BB folds, VIllan calls.

Flop comes 2h5h9c. Pot (4400)
Villan bets 400, Hero raises 2800, Villan calls.

Turn Ac
Villan checks, Hero bets all in.

I had about 5500 at this point and the pot was around 11k. I figured since I had put in almost half my chips I was pot commited and villian could have had really any pair on the flop. Do any of you guys also take this line?

Why not just push the flop?

you need to raise way more preflop then you can oush the flop

Hmmm well I only got one caller preflop. The average raise preflop was about 2.5 -3X BB, I felt that this would either take it down or get 1 caller. My main concern is wether Pushing all in on the flop was necessary, if i needed to raise more, etc. Looking at the cards of the villan I wanted to bet enough to let him make a mistake in calling but not enough to discourage action.
