Did Mason derive the 300 BB estimate for BR? What are the assumptions for this, and does it give the player (in theory) a probability of 99% of not going bust? Just curious.

This will allow you to determine what your risk of ruin is for 300 BB, and how much you need for 1% risk of ruin. It depends on your hourly ev and standard deviation.
