Quick Casino W/D Question

Well I just deposited 150 at bet365 and got a 100%match for 10XD+B. Cleared it and came out with 345. I deposited with Neteller but when I go to W/D it says my deposit method can not be used for withdrawaling.

Anybody know anything about this?
