i consider myself someone of average to above-average strength. I'm 5'9", 160, 21-years-old, I work out, lift and am quasi-athletic.

Anyways, my brother's wife is clearly not as strong as I am. She is a tiny, skinny young woman that can't weigh too much more than 100 pounds. I'm also not good at arm wrestling. Someone who was really into it once told me it has to do with the ratio of the length of forearm to upper arm. I never noticed one was exceptionally long or short, but he said it makes a difference and was sure this was my problem.
