Should you pay full price for Satellite Chips?

When somebody tries to sell you his satellite chip/s for a tournament you're about to enter, should you pay the full price?


For instance, would you pay $100 for a one-hundred dollar satellite chip? Or would you offer him something like $95?


How about for an expensive tournament, say $1000 or $5000 in satellite chips?

the common thing is if you are in line to buy into the tournament then pay full price and give the guy a break. if its a friend always pay full price. if its any one else make your best deal as its a business thing and you should try to get the best deal for yourself as you are putting up money early and are taking some risk that the chips may not be honored. also never do money deals with someone you dont know.
