Apple Store vs. Ebay

I'm thinking of getting an Ipod mini off of ebay for about $130 - it's factory sealed. Any advantage to paying full price ($200) and getting it frm the Apple store? I don't use ebay at all - I assume these type of things are legit?

FWIW my sister got an ipod mini through Ebay and hers was fine. I got mine through the actual ipod store.

Just make sure to buy one from a dependable seller, and that's hard(er) to find these days.
