I mean, the old people suck up all the Medicare and Social Security benefits, so it's about time they gave something back. Tax the people who use the welfare the most I say.;)

well the federal government has already cut off health benefits for over 65 retired military veterans of ww2 and korea.

supreme court ruled sec. of army wasnt 'authorized' to offer lifetime health care in enlistment contract.
