I've been surfing for three years now, and finally feel that i've gotten good enough to justify buying a brand-new board... this is it. it's a 6'4" fish, kinda wide, and thus easy to ride, but short enough, and with a narrow tail, to be manuverable. i ride mostly at la push, wa, and a little bit at ocean shores/westport. i am just now getting to the level where i can consistantly catch head-high waves and do something (turn and even cut back a little) on them. anything bigger scares the piss out of me, but i try anyway.
any other surfers in OOT? if so, where/what do you ride? tips for a beginner trying to break through? websites? tyia.
