Anyone know anything about this stock?

My PM just got a recommendation for BLLI, i know nothing about the company, so before i take even a small position, i wanted to know if anyone knows anything about the company or has an opinion.

Looks like a dog but the fact that Radius Ventures just made an investment might give this pup some credibilty.
