Last night on Party, NL1000.

Stack sizes:
SB=$850
CO=$2250
HERO(button)=$1050

SB here is on massive monkey-tilt and CO is 33/11/2 and has been playing rather laggish recently raising many pots. Nothing else special about his play other than he's been mixing it up quite a bit with the other 2 players at the table who are ultra-lag. I haven't been getting any cards to speak of so I'm probably viewed as pretty tight although I'm not sure if my image even matters here. This entire table is pretty nuts with 3 players trying to bully and one on tilt. I've been sitting back just waiting.

Dealt to HERO 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Preflop: CO raises to $30, HERO calls, SB calls

Pot~$110

Flop: 7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

CO bets $50, HERO raises to $150, SB raises to $850(all in), CO raises all in.

SB types "FUK" in chat.

pot~$2050.

I have to call $870 so I'm getting a little less than 2.4 to 1.

Easy fold. Someone has you beat. I'd call with middle set or better here.

You are wrong. Read the description about the game again.

I wouldn't be surprised if he lost this because he's posting it, but you need to get the money in here.

Here's one more thing about the SB being on tilt: the CO knows this. The whole table knows it. My neighbors know it. And when a guy on tilt flops a monster with action, he doesn't overbet it, he milks it, right?

So I'm confident that I have the SB beat. Probaby 9 10 or and overpair, A 8 or even AK bluff. The CO is another story. It's tough to put him on a hand but his hand range is wide enough with so many overpairs to the board that I have to call, right?

5 6 and 44 were the only hands that I could put CO on that beat me since, mathematically, 77 and 88 are a longshot. Those are 2 hands that he would raise to only $30 with to build a pot and stack someone. I felt 44 was reasonable but raising 5 6 would have to be suited, eliminating 12 possible hands. With pot odds, the above logic and only 30 seconds to act, I called.

SB: 99
CO: 44, bottom set
ME: unimproved

Are you now saying that he would raise more than $30 with AA-TT? You should have included that in your original post.

Whatever, I go broke here.

I'm saying that if his preflop raise had been to $40-$50 I would be more inclined to think he has a big pair like TT-AA and I would pretty much instacall. Since it was smallish, I began to open up more to the possibility of 56s and 44.
