I live in the Dominican Republic and without going into the details of the evolution of the game, suffice it to say that No Limit Hold'em has become a very popular game here. The only problem is that it is played with an ante. Every player has to ante the equivalent of $3.50 US and then the cards are dealt. Every thing else is exactly the same. The games play huge. I would like to know what changes in style need to be made to adjust for the ante. The minimum buy in is about $350 US.
