i used to take medication for insomnia.

clonodine, the blood pressure medicine, in low doses puts you to sleep in like 30 minutes. f'in a. it was sweet. until i took my clonodine instead of my ritalin and almost fell asleep at the wheel of my car one day.

Last night I was awake until 5:30. I decided that if I was awake at 6, I'd just get up, drink some coffee, play poker, watch tv, whatever. But I fell asleep about 20 before.

Set my alarm for 10 am. Decided to start getting up earlier. Enjoy the mornings. Hmm it must be at least 9. Hate looking at the clock and breaking my half-sleeping but I'll do it. Its 1. My alarm didnt work. I get up at 1 in the [censored] afternoon and still havent slept 8 hours. What a way to start another beautiful day.
