Which game is better?

There are two games that I usually choose from.

a 7.50-15.00 game with a $4 rake

or

a 10-20 game with a $10 an hour time charge.

What game do you think is more profitable for a good player?

The raked game or the Time Charge game?
Why?

If you play 30 hands an hour, with 9 players, you are paying over $13 an hour in the rake game. If you figure people away from the table, it is even higher. Of course it depends on how many hands per hour. The rake game may be softer though, so there could be other considerations.
