I opened an interactive brokers account, but I don't want to pay for the live quotes, since I don't need them. Can anyone explain how I place a trade on the london stock exchange for party gaming? Also, it appears I have to pay some kind of stamp tax. Can anyone who has done this tell me what the comissions were?

OK, I figured it out. Their TWS system is confusing. I guess it's not for a novice.

Yeah, there's a learning curve associated with IB's TWS.

As far as not paying for quotes, I don't know if there's a way around that because in order to trade you access the live quotes. Check with IB, but you're probably out of luck there.

You can now buy Partygaming on the nasdaq bulletin board exchange using the symbol PYGMF. I have an order in right now with my online broker.

On what scale are you measuring?

One of the first things you should learn is that a stocks price is meaningless, without any context.
