My read is that he has entered alot of pots with weak holdings. I dont know if he woudl make this play with them, but most bad players like to bluff here thinking that their opponents have nothing.

It was only 300 more to me if this affects your decision. Whcih was the size of the pot.

So you're getting 2:1. Those odds aren't even close to good enough. He's almost certainly got some sort of mid pocket or somewhat rarely A4. If he's a complete donk AQ and AJ are possibilities, but I wouldn't expect to see that sort of hand much if ever. Fold.
