problem with SNG TRACKER

i never had this problem so far. but today after finishing a set of 6 sngs.. i tried importing it to my sng tracker and it said "name not identified." but the name was right... i tried to import from empire and party and same problem.. keeps saying "name not identified." can someone tell me what the problem may be?

1 thing i might add.. i did get disc in the middle.. stupid cable messed up. but i got back in and finished all the tourneys. could this be the problem?

If you get disconnected in the middle of an SNG it won't work with SNG Tracker. You'll have to manually add the results.

I got disconnected multiple times in my set of 4 SNG's a bit ago on all tables and SNG tracker worked for me.

I also have SNG tracker watching my used PT HH files. Could this be why it worked?
