If I had any doubts (I didn't) that villian was a dipshit his miniraise after 2 limpers just solidified it. Part of my move may be spite driven because of his donkishness and the other part is I don't mind pickin up another t120. Do you like the push- risking 700 to win 120 (ugh)- or are you just calling to see a flop?

Remember, you're also picking up blinds. Instead of t120, that's t165, which is a lot better. I think this works here, and I probably don't do this enough.

This is probably a good idea, but villain will NOT fold PPs, AK, KQ (and probably downwards) if he's a real donk. In other words, I don't think you have a LOT of fold equity (maybe not as much as you like), and it's a little too early for this sort of action.
