UTG raises to t100, MP calls t100, Hero ?

UTG is tight, I put him on a real hand. MP loves seeing flops for cheap; he has seen the last 8. If I raise to around 300 or 400, he'll call; more than that he would most likely fold. I doubt UTG is putting any more chips in without going all in.

I think I make it 4-500 to go here, and call UTG's all-in.

I make it 400-500, hope UTG moves in or MP calls, then move in on the flop.

yea 400-500 preflop, push any non-ace flop

You almost have to make it 400 or so to go because that deep in a tournament any ace seems to be playable in the minds of tournament players...but if an A doesn't come on the flop, the odds of you extracting more money from the players are slim...bet now while they think they might have a decent shot at one and hope that the pot odds make them call you down later on with the 2nd best hand.

Raise to 300-400 and call a push.

If there is a call and an A hits on the flop proceed with extreme caution.

Push and then pray that MP calls with his KQo.
