Live Tourney. Raise and two calls preflop. Flop comes
AXX, EP checks, MP checks. The dealers burns and deals the turn card (a second ace). The button says "I didn't check." The dealer says something to the effect of "sorry, I didn't see, but it's too late now."
A few second later, EP checks the turn card. At this point, a floorman walks by and the button protests. The floorman explains (correctly, I think) that proper procedure is to place the 2nd ace back in the deck, reshuffle and re-deal the turn. UTG says it's too late, because there has already been action on the turn card. Effectively, says UTG, the button "waived" his right to protest by allowing action to continue.
What should the floorman do at this point?
