I pick up AA in the BB its folded to SB who limps (That sucks)
So I raise to 70 he calls
Flop is 6 2 9 Rainbow.
He checks
I bet 100
He min raises to 200
I reraise to 500 he calls
Turn is a J
I move all in for 410

is this well played or bad, etc?

you played it fine. sometimes I might smooth call his flop C/R and come over the top all in on the turn. basically, i'm getting all my chips in the middle on this hand.
