Those who play Golf in the NY-NJ area. I'm looking for a decent course that will challenge decent handicaps and not totally destroy the confidence of those starting out?

close to AC would be preferred as we will be staying at Taj.

for instance, i think Blue Heron is not for this group as its a bit on the $$$ side and would not play to this group...anyone have suggestions?

Fairly cheap, good course, about 5-10 minutes from the Borgata.

there are 2 courses at the seaview mariott - the links-style one is easier iirc

The Bay course at Marriot is also a Donald Ross design, if any of you are historical enthusiasts. I've played it, and its not incredibly challenging. Its also double the price of Brigantine, which offers a similar links experience.
