Overpair question

From Pacific Trout: Blinds 15/30 I've been pretty tight thus far, no real read on the villain.

I hold TT

UTG calls, 3 folds, hero raises to 120, all fold to UTG who calls.

Flop: 5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif I have no spades.
UTG Bets 300, Hero ???

EDIT: Hero and Villain both have about 1500 chips, just below average

I don't raise preflop, but it's not horrible. But if I'm Hero, I'm quickly pushing over the top (as long as I don't have t2000 or something) though since it's a trout tourney, this might be wrong.
