casino365 won't let me cashout via neteller

So I did the 200 matching bonus and cleared it at blackjack. It shows as cleared so no problem, I've got like 420 withdrawable and 0 bonus.

But it says that my method of deposit, neteller, is not a cashable option. wtf?
