I dont care much for it, I really would like it if they removed the short handed 200 and 400 tables.

no thanks, the shorthanded 50's killed most of the full 50 games which were my most profitable games.

Full ring cash games are what the real men play.

The real men play wherever they have an edge. That being said I like the lower variance of full-ring but short-handed can be great w/ couple producers in the game.

This is true, but the edge will always be bigger in full ring when it comes to bad players. Bad players have a shot short handed, but in full ring they rarely do.

Thats the problem right there, the variance is a lot higher when its short handed, why would you want to have more variance in your bankroll?

Agree 100%, plus dont forget 5 handed games means more rake for party. Rake 2 pots instead of 1 per 10 players.

If you're a good short handed player then short handed games benefit you because many decent players fail to adapt and make mistakes. Also the increase in # of hands allows you to nake more correct decisions while allowing your opponents to make more mistakes. Therefore you stand to make more money but in exchange increase your variance.

Bad players may have less shot in a full ring game.. but the trouble is, there are more players able to take their money from them. I'd rather be one of four players up against one or two bad players, than one of seven or eight. Nothing worse than watching other people take a weak opponent's chips because you can't isolate them yourself.

I also prefer short-handed because you are in excellent position on a greater percentage of hands.
