Calling with any 2

Is there ever any reason to not call with any two cards when you are getting 2-1 or better on your money? Im thinking along the lines of preserving fold equity or something like that. Anyone?

Well if it's on the bubble and UTG has 10 chips, I think you can easily fold 2-1 odds.
