Caribbean Sun Bonus Clearing

I opened an account at Caribbean Sun today through a rakeback site. How difficult is the bonus to clear at the .5/1 stakes? The bonuses there seem to be good. How has your experience been with them?

are we talking limit or no-limit? you won't be able to clear the Caribbean Sun bonus at 50c/$1 LHE. 50c/$1 NL and $1/2 LHE should work but getting 250 raked hands $1 or more ($20+ pot) might take a little time. after that it's a monthly 500 dealt hands for $40 (no rake requirement despite what the site itself says).

I am talking .5/1 LHE.

It will take a while I suppose and play at the .5/1 NL table. I don't have quite the bankroll to play at $1/2. I have $500 total, about $300 of which I keep aside for reloads as I build my bankroll.

why are you picking Caribbean Sun anyway? that bonus isn't great and while it's fine to sign up there with rakeback, you don't actually NEED rakeback yet at the levels you're playing. so I would suggest leaving that place alone and concentrate on better bonuses.

for 50c/$1 LHE you should look into

you can also consider depositing $500 into Party Poker to max out the $100 signup bonus, then immediately withdraw $300 of it back to your bankroll. the Party skins bonuses clear the fastest and the low limit games are easy to beat.

It won't just take a while to clear it at .50/1.00, it would be completely impossible. You'd be lucky to have more than a handful of 20BB pots if you played all day, and you need what 300? Stick to Pokerplex and William Hill which don't require raked hands to rake $1, oh and definitely have a crack at the inter bonus in the casino.
