I've been trying to, believe me. She's gotten much better, but they're still "meh" when I compare them to the ones I used to get. She has a bit of a gag reflex, plus she complains that her jaw gets tired after awhile. I think the level of proficiency that she has reached is as good as it is going to get.

Mediocre head is better than no head at all, though.
